Senior IT Product Lead

As a Senior IT Product Lead , you will be responsible for leading and managing their digital product strategies, from design to delivery. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between needs and technology solutions, with a specific focus on mobile (Android and iOS) and web platforms.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, UX/UI, marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure that their digital products fit seamlessly with their users’ needs and business objectives.

Core responsibilities
• Product Development: Lead the development of our mobile apps and web platforms to deliver innovative, scalable, and secure digital solutions.
• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing the digital product strategy in line with the business goals.
• Team Management: Responsible for the management and development of the scrum teams, including budget management and resource planning.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align the product vision and strategy.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyzing the performance of digital products and initiating improvements to optimize the user experience and drive business results.
• Innovation and Optimization: Constantly searching for innovative solutions and technologies to improve digital services, including the optimization of apps and the development of web shops.
• Market analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital technologies and telecoms and apply these insights to refine the product strategy.

Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a leading Product role within digital product development with a focus on the consumer market.
• Experience leading web and/or mobile app development teams.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and managing budgets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing and internationally oriented environment.
• Some ability to speak Dutch to B1 level or above is preferred plus business level English.
