  • We are looking for a self-employed interim professional who will support the creation of structure and overview within the company’s Office Support and the Secretariat. The focus is on mapping, improving, documenting, and embedding processes, as well as creating continuity.

    Responsibilities

    • Structuring and optimizing Office Support and secretarial processes
    • Drafting, rewriting, and documenting process descriptions (e.g. travel, hotel, and flight bookings)
    • Updating and expanding the secretariat/office handbook
    • Structuring and optimizing SharePoint and document storage
    • Mapping suppliers and contacts; actively gathering information where necessary
    • Updating contact lists and contributing ideas regarding backup suppliers/partners
    • Contributing ideas on the Emergency Response (BHV) structure, contacts, and safeguarding
    • Setting up and maintaining an annual office calendar (including an action plan)
    • Aligning with the client on priorities and the direction of the assignment
    • If required, supporting reception duties and assisting with day-to-day operations (to get a feel for the organization)

    • An up-to-date secretariat/office handbook
    • A clear and well-structured SharePoint and document environment
    • Update supplier and contact lists, including backup options
    • Improved structure and continuity within Office Support
    • An Office Support annual calendar with action points

    Profile

    • Proven experience in Office Support or a Secretarial role
    • Strong organizational and process-oriented skills
    • Good knowledge of SharePoint and MS office software.
    • Independent, proactive, and communicatively strong
    • Hands-on mentality and flexible availability
    • Professional level English and Dutch

    This is a 4-6 month assignment  – 32 or 40 hours per week.
