  • As an Office Support Administrator, you are the spider in the web of our client, a world leading company responsible for the manufacture of many innovative products used globally. You will support your commercial colleagues with organizing training courses, trips and tours and assisting your colleagues in marketing by placing content on internal and external sites, customer communication and registration. You will also assist the HR Manager with on and off boarding processes. In short, a versatile role in which you are a key focal point.

    Your responsibilities

    • Organizing events and business trips
    • General customer communication and registration
    • Arranging training, including logistics that comes with this
    • Point of contact for the management team
    • General administrative support
    • Coordinating incoming legal requests & documents
    • Sales support activities
    • Support with on- and offboarding activities
    • Administration of delivered business assets
    • Support and organization of various personnel matters and meetings
    • Keeping track of office supplies
    • General office support
    • Checking translations of technical texts
    • Hosting at trade shows
    • Post content to internal SharePoint sites and external affiliated industry association websites
    • Maintain contact lists and mail processing
    • Acting as facility management contact person for our office in Belgium

    Our requirements

    • MBO or HBO education in Office Management or similar.
    • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
    • Administratively strong
    • Fluent in Dutch & English, French is a plus.
    • Availability of 40 hours is highly desirable, 32 hours is negotiable
