Network/Field Technician

We are seeking a network/field technician for a dynamic hosting business offering great potential and a unique service line.

This is a remote-based position supporting their growing customer base and will be involved in tasks such as router testing, monitoring a wifi network and ensuring the health of different sensors across the network.

We are seeking somebody who knows their way around wireless networks (not enterprise level), low-end router testing and network monitoring. The technician should have a customer success mindset.

Initially, we require somebody for between 20 and 30 hours per week, but this will expand as the company takes on new customers. There is a preference for a flexible freelance arrangement although the possibility exists for a payroll construction.

Due to the remote nature of this position, we are open to hearing from people located in various regions as well as the Netherlands.
