  • Excellent opportunity for an experienced .NET Developer (IAM)to be part of a development team working on a challenging project with a major international organization in the area of the Hague.

    Responsibilities

    • Write and support backend code in .Net Framework and .Net Core using C# language;
    • Write and support front-end code in ASPNet Core using C# and Bootstrap library;
    • Write unit tests, preferably using MSTest library and automated UI tests using Selenium library;
    • Write directory data modification scripts in LDIF notation;
    • Account for secure coding practices, as well as logging and auditing features.

    Requirements

    • University degree and more than 6 years of experience in Software Development;
    • More than 4 years of experience in Back-End Development with .Net C#;
    • More than 2 years of experience in Front-End Development, including Javascript, HTML and CSS;
    • More than 1 year of experience with LDAP protocol and directory systems;
    • More than 1 year of experience in customizing, configuring, and developing IAM solutions with products from One Identity;
    • Good knowledge of .Net, C# and LINQ as well as Javascript, CSS, and HTML;
    • Good knowledge of OOP paradigms and SOLID principles;
    • Good knowledge of application development methodologies (Agile development, SCRUM);
    • Knowledge of Azure Devops comprising Azure Pipelines for CI/CD, Azure Boards for Work Item tracking and git source control comprising Pull Requests and Branching;
    • Good knowledge of One Identity IAM products;
    • Excellent command of the English language.

    Working arrangements: there is a preference for the consultant to relocate or commute to The Hague. If not feasible,(after the initial week on-site) a 2-month on-site presence in The Hague is required for the project’s start. Depending on performance and project needs, remote work may then be allowed, with quarterly returns to The Hague for a week every 3-4 months.

    The contract period is initially for 1-year with the potential to extend for a further period. The role is available on a freelance or project payroll basis.
