Our client is a leading supplier of ICT services including outsourcing and secondment. They are characterized by their no-nonsense mentality and professional way of working and acting as a “Passion for customers”
Their clients are medium-sized and large organizations within both the government and the private sector. In order to continue to meet the increasing demand for their specialists and services, they are looking for reinforcement of the team in the shape of two experienced Corporate Recruiters.
Finding suitable candidates, using the well-known tools, but above all using your own creativity and perseverance;
Scheduling and conducting job interviews;
Drafting and publishing vacancies (ICT functions, but also back office roles for the offices);
Checking references and determining the correctness of CVs;
Devising and executing project-based recruitment campaigns;
Drawing up employment conditions proposals in consultation with the Resource Manager;
Minimum HBO work and thinking level;
At least 5 years of relevant recruitment experience within ICT secondment and/or ICT services;
Experience with automated systems;
Experience with MS Office is a must, experience with Carerix or comparable ATS is an advantage;
Good communication and social skills;
Perfect command of both Dutch and English in word and writing;
Honest, open personality;
Decisive and willing to go the extra mile;
Familiar with ICT on a conceptual level;
Creative and tenacious.
