    Our client is a market leader in the design, supply, installation and support of unified communications, audio visual and network infrastructure solutions. They are seeking a business development professional to further develop their business within the Netherlands and EU regions.
    The position, which can be either remote or hybrid based, offers a high degree of autonomy whilst being fully supported by the company. Continued scope for career growth and development are excellent.

    Role & responsibilities:
    Reporting to the Group Sales Director, key responsibilities include:
    • Development of new business sales within the audio visual and IT Corporate sector in the Dutch and some European markets.
    • Conducting client presentations and design pitch meetings, both nationally and with certain overseas opportunities.
    • Create and issue sales proposals and, where needed, receive design support for any technical elements outside of your knowledge.
    • Identifying potential client requirements and provide information and collateral to support client needs.
    • Carrying out account management for certain existing client accounts and identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
    • Help plan and execute marketing campaigns and lead generation campaigns.
    • Tracking all prospect and sales opportunities through the Cloud based CRM system.
    • Demonstrate a knowledgeable understanding of the full array of offerings to answer questions and make recommendations when speaking to customers/prospects.
    • Staying abreast of the latest technologies within your field so that clients receive best of breed recommendations.
    • Work collaboratively across the organization to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded when possible.
    • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual qualified meeting and revenue goals.

    Your profile
    • A minimum of 5 years proven sales and business development experience in a similar or complimentary product/service area.
    • Degree level of education.
    • Full fluency in Dutch and English (other languages an advantage).
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
    • Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
    • Proven relationship builder.
    • Good technical awareness within the IT domain.
    • Organized, energetic, proactive, results-driven and ambitious.
