We’re seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to join our team, driving the design, implementation, and management of our Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. Your role ensures secure, scalable, and reliable systems, collaborating across teams for cutting-edge solutions.  Your new challenge will include:

• Design, deploy, and manage Azure resources to ensure a secure, scalable, and optimized cloud environment.
• Collaborate with software development and DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment processes, and improve system efficiency.
• Monitor the health and performance of cloud applications, promptly addressing any issues and optimizing resource utilization.
• Participate in security assessments, vulnerability management, and compliance audits to maintain a strong security posture.
• Stay informed about Azure updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance our cloud infrastructure.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of projects and initiatives, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

 What we would like from you

We are looking for a motivated Azure Cloud Engineer who is passionate about cloud technologies and eager to contribute to the evolution of our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in Azure services, hands-on experience with cloud migration and management, and a proven track record of delivering reliable and efficient solutions. We value candidates who stay up to date with the latest developments in cloud computing and are excited to bring new ideas to the table.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Cloud/Azure Administrator Role or similar is required.

Technical Abilities:

• Strong English speaking and writing skills for documentation and reports, and for effective communication with teams and stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and solutions, including but not limited to Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Networking, Azure Storage, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Resource Manager.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or ARM templates for automating deployment and management tasks.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) concepts and tools like Terraform or Ansible for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices, identity and access management, and data protection within the Azure environment.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools on Azure, such as Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center, and Azure Sentinel.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and ensure high availability of cloud applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and their implementation for continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges.
