Terms & Conditions – Referral Scheme
- The person being referred must be based in the Netherlands and legally registered to work.
- The person making the referral must be based in the Netherlands currently.
- The person being referred can be a friend, family member, colleague or business acquaintance.
- People who have not given their permission should not be referred. It is the individual’s responsibility to obtain the consent of the person being referred.
- Only referrals made via this scheme can be considered.
- The person being referred must not be known to Shuter Smith already or registered within our skills database.
- In the event of 2 people referring the same candidate, the person making the referral first will qualify for any reward.
- More than 1 person can be referred under this scheme providing the criteria has been fulfilled for each referral.
- The awarded voucher may only be claimed once the referred candidate has been placed and trial periods completed.
- Shuter Smith cannot bear any responsibility for any consequences for any loss or damage arising from the use of any gift voucher awarded under this scheme.
- For reasons of impartiality, the scheme is not open to employees or clients of Shuter Smith.
- In all referred situations, GDPR requirements will be observed and applied in accordance with Shuter Smith’s privacy policy.
- Shuter Smith reserves the right to change these terms & conditions or discontinue this referral scheme without prior notice.
