  • An exciting opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a leading engineering environment, taking ownership of electrical design and delivery across complex FEED and EPC projects.

    The Role

    You will act as a technical lead within project teams, responsible for delivering high-quality electrical engineering solutions while ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as Electrical Lead, providing technical expertise across Study, FEED, and EPC phases
    • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders on electrical scope
    • Support proposals, estimating activities, and subcontract development
    • Perform electrical system studies (Load Flow, Short Circuit, Relay Coordination, Voltage Drop, Motor Starting, Earthing & Grounding)
    • Develop and manage key deliverables including load lists, equipment specifications, and datasheets
    • Oversee preparation of diagrams (SLDs, schematics, cable schedules, termination diagrams)
    • Prepare technical specifications and requisitions
    • Conduct technical bid evaluations and review vendor documentation
    • Support project execution including reporting, budget control, change management, and close-out
    • Contribute to development of company standards and work instructions

    Your Profile

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
    • Minimum 12 years of experience within Oil & Gas or EPC environments
    • Strong knowledge of international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC)
    • Experience with power system analysis tools and eSCADA
    • Proficiency in SPEL, AVEVA Electrical, and engineering software
    • Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
    • Fluent in English
