  • We are seeking a Service Management Coordinator to play a key role as part of our client’s development team.

    Your tasks

    • Contribute to Asset management process activities and improvements, providing administrative support and reporting to Software License Management;
    • Document the ICT process manuals for ITIL processes and associated procedural tasks across ICT;
    • Monitor and coordinate Incident and Problem handling within ICT Operations;
    • Deliver communication and coordination procedures for major incident handling;
    • Initiate root cause analysis and resolution and create appropriate Knowledge Articles;
    • Identify, design and deliver reporting, which will include analysis of data, advising on follow up actions and tracking of improvement plans.

     

    Requirements

    • University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with a minimum 3 years of relevant working experience;
    • More than 3 years of experience with Incident or Problem Management;
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Stakeholder Engagement or Business Relationship Management;
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience with technical or process document writing;
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Service Level Management or Service Level Reporting;
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience with Asset Management or ICT Service Design;
    • Knowledge of Continuous Service Improvement Planning or Service Transition coordination (service improvement areas, gap analysis, PDCA cycle, Seven Step Improvement process, CSIs and KPIs identification together with the ways to measure them);
    • Knowledge of ITIL Service Management at foundation level for Incident or Problem Management or ITIL Service Operation;
    • Knowledge of Technical document writing or Knowledge Management Articles;
    • An ITIL Foundation Certification would be considered an asset;
    • Excellent command of the English language.
